Welcome to the First Libyan International Conference on Engineering Science and Applications (FLICES-LA)
Engineering Sciences (ES) is considered to be the most
responsible sciences that role and drive the world
development in technology , industry , and services for

The scientific research in the engineering science fields is increased In spread and momentum ,that cover most life aspects and reaches a high levels of technologies in the industrial and human services fields.
To keep up with those scientific and technological developments it is a necessity to concern with engineering sciences and its applications, and how to transfer those tech. To our the researchers, universities, and industrial and service bodies.
Through the local and international conferences and specialized workshops the ES technologies can be understood , developed, and transferred to our institutional bodies and take what is new in this technology.

Main Goals
First Goal
Gathering researchers, interested people, professors, and
graduate students in the fields of engineering sciences to
consider scientific and research activities and get
acquainted, and to know where we stand from these sciences in
Libya and the possibility of determining the scientific
direction that should be pursued.
Second Goal
The possibility of linking the Libyan Academy and universities
with productive, industrial and service institutions and
trying to convert the problems of these institutions into real
research projects and to benefit from their scientific results
in the various fields of engineering sciences.
Third Goal
The participation of postgraduate students for master’s and
doctoral degrees in publishing their research, learning about
what is new in their specializations, and broadening their
scientific and research knowledge.
Fourth Goal
Advance the level of research for engineering sciences,
identify the real problems facing professors and researchers,
and propose solutions through the research presented to the
conference.
Fifth Goal
The opportunity for professors and researchers to interact
with their counterparts at home and abroad and to link
scientific and research relations between them and their
institutions.
Sixth Goal
An opportunity to discuss and advance doctoral programs in

Participation Terms
- The paper should be according to the approved writing template, which can be obtained from the conference website.
- The paper should be sent in MS WORD format, and no other format will be considered.
- Adherence to the number of pages, which is 6 pages for the English language and 11 pages for the Arabic language, so that the writing is in two columns as stipulated in the template approved by the conference.
- The papers should be sent before the deadline set by the steering committee for the conference and referred to in the conference brochure and the conference website.
- Registration should be made using the form prepared by the steering committee, which can be obtained from the conference website.
- Payment of the conference registration fee of 250 Libyan dinars per paper.
